Refund policy

We do not issue a return/refund as all sales are final. However, we do understand that issues may occur with an order or expectations may not be met, and we are willing to help with any issues that may arise with your order! Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refund in Case of Delayed Shipping
If for some reason you have not received your order within a reasonable amount of time (estimated  5-8 business days), please let us know and we will try to track the order. If for some reason the package was lost or can't make it to your destination, we will work with you to issue a refund.
